Bob did a terrific job with our home inspection. He responded quickly and was flexible with our availability. His insight with our concerns was well-informed and professional. The report he wrote for us was clear and easy to navigate. I would recommend him to friends and family!
Bob was recommended by our relator and it was a pleasure working with him. He arrived to the house on time, was responsive to any questions/concerns, and provided an excellent detailed report of the home inspection. I would recommend Bob & Midstate Home Inspections to anyone looking to purchase a home in VT.
Nothing but good things to say about Bob Winters whom recently did a home inspection for me! He was professional, detailed, prompt, knowledgeable and kind! He was quick to respond to all my questions and concerns and communicated fully with me from start to finish as well as he made sure I had a fast turn around time for the inspection report. I recommend Bob all the way and say thank you sincerely!!
Can't say enough how much we appreciate Bob. We have had several homes of varying types and quality inspected by him and its always a pleasure to work with him.
Bob may just be our favorite inspector we've worked with. (Over the years we've worked with 3 or 4). He explained everything thoroughly without being condescending at all and made a point of letting us know what is more urgent vs what could wait, what was actually out of code vs what is more of a best practices issue. So helpful, knowledgeable, and an all around nice guy.
