A December 2025 customer picked the company over other established local roofers partly because the install team are W2 employees rather than contractors. The small jobs get the same attention. In May 2026 a customer described heavy drops coming over the sides of the roof in pouring rain and believed the work had been subcontracted out; another May 2026 reviewer wrote that the website advertises roof repairs, but a technician said on the scheduling call that they only do full replacements on roofs more than 15 years old. A February 2026 customer wrote that everything went wrong from beginning to end, adding that the owner tried to make things right and gave a slight discount. For an ice dam in February or an asphalt roof you want finished in a day, this is a strong call to make. Before you book, get it in writing whether your job is a repair or a full replacement and what that costs, and ask who will actually be on the roof.
