An August 2026 customer praised Mike and his team for fair, no-pressure quoting and for discussing which trees to remove and which to leave. The customer said the agreed work was completed and they were happy with the result. Google showed a 4.9-star average from 116 ratings in August 2026. A June 2026 reviewer received a callback and quote within a couple of hours, then said the team arrived when promised, worked quickly and charged a reasonable price. An October 2025 customer described a weather postponement during wind and rain, but praised Mike for keeping them updated and returning messages promptly. Several older customers described work where access and nearby property mattered. In a July 2023 review, a homeowner said the crew removed a large, deteriorating pine by cutting an access path through woods behind the property. They reported that the crew contained and removed the debris without damaging their fence, dogwood, lawn or landscaping. A July 2025 reviewer described eight large oaks being trimmed by climbers because equipment could not reach the yard; they said cleanup included the road in front of the house. Tree removal and pruning sometimes went together. In January 2024, a customer described having two large oaks removed and the strongest of three trimmed to retain shade for plantings. They said the crew ground the stumps and collected fallen leaves and branches. Mike came over on a Sunday to quote the work, and the crew arrived within an hour after finishing another job.
