Miles Restorations

Miles Restorations is a Boxford, Massachusetts woodworking business offering finish carpentry, furniture, cabinets, and built-ins. Houzz identifies the business locally and lists its work under home improvement and furniture professionals, with a profile contact in Boxford. The clearest customer account is a June 2025 Houzz review rated five stars. Andrew Gori described a careful assessment and detailed restoration plan for the front door of a 260-year-old National Register historic house, including sourcing 200-year-old replacement wood from a neighboring-town teardown. He called David Miles an excellent finish carpenter and restoration specialist and said he would hire Miles Restoration again. Before booking, ask about the exact scope of restoration work, material sourcing, and availability for your project. The public review history shown here is specific but limited to one customer review, so a homeowner should confirm the proposed approach, timeline, and references for comparable work. Miles Restorations appears best suited to homeowners seeking detailed finish carpentry or historically sensitive wood restoration. Confirm the materials, preservation plan, and whether the project fits the shop’s current capacity before signing.
