I recently upgraded our property to a 500-gallon bulk propane tank, and I cannot say enough good things about Mitchell Oil and their crew. From start to finish, the entire project was completed seamlessly in just three days—Wednesday to Friday—including the trenching, gas line installation, full pressure testing, and official town inspection and sign-off without a single delay. A massive shout-out to my sales rep, Michael Cummings. Michael was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process—exceptionally thorough, very knowledgeable, and brings a great sense of humor that made working with him a pleasure. His communication was top-notch; he checked in constantly and personally showed up on-site multiple times to inspect the progress and make sure every detail was handled properly. Equally impressive was their technician, Bob. Bob is an absolute pro—extremely skilled, efficient, and meticulous with the line installation, regulators, and system hook-up. He made sure everything was clean, safe, and up to code, and had the system commissioned and running smoothly in no time. Having a major utility project run this fast and cleanly from the first shovel to the final town inspection is rare. Attn: Nick and Bob - Your employee Bob came out to our house today (Feb 2026) and was an absolute pleasure to work with. We had run out of gas last night and were smelling gas and he came out to check the lines, pressure, etc and restart the pilots. Has Been A Horrible Experience with this Propane Company. They Misjudged our propane level and let us run out of propane. They don’t ask you if you want to Pay your bill with A Specific Account. They just took $412 out of my Bank Account without checking with me to ok it, and now they have Charged my card again. Talking to my Bank Account in the AM about this Transaction.Now my Account is short to pay other bills I have. This whole Experience has been A Awful Experience. Have never had this Horrible Experience with any other Company before.

I have been a customer of Mitchell for years. They have installed a new oil tank and furnace over the last few years and always have done an excellent job. I would definitely recommend Mitchell Fuel.
