MJM Home Restorations

MJM Home Restorations is a family-run remodeling and masonry contractor based in Cambridge, serving the Boston area. It's run by Matt McComiskey, who the company says has more than 20 years of construction and remodeling experience, with Lilian Rose McComiskey as designer and Matt McComiskey Jr. in outreach. There's only one written review on file, but it speaks to durability: in a May 2026 review, a customer said Matt and his team installed a patio more than five years ago, and it still looks amazing and has held up well — the kind of long-term result that's hard to fake. The same reviewer called Matt knowledgeable and a good communicator. With just one review, there isn't enough here to say much more with confidence. Anyone considering MJM for a remodeling or masonry project should ask for a few more recent references and confirm current licensing directly, since neither shows up in what's available online so far.
