Corrine and Matt did an amazing job keeping us informed throughout the entire project. We received a detailed schedule outlining what was happening each day, who would be working in our home, and what work was expected to be completed. The project stayed on schedule from beginning to end, including all of the subcontractors for plumbing, electrical, drywall, flooring, and more. Everyone who came into our home was polite, professional, respectful, and genuinely a pleasure to have around. You could tell that MLC Contractors takes pride in the people they work with and the quality of the work they provide. Like any remodeling project, we did have a few small hiccups along the way, but what impressed us most was how quickly everything was addressed and taken care of. We always felt heard, and there was never a question about whether an issue would be resolved. I truly can’t recommend MLC Contractors enough. If you’re considering a kitchen or bathroom remodel, I would absolutely recommend giving them a call. We would definitely use MLC Contractors again for our future projects!

After my previous contractor abandoned my remodeling project because my kitchen cabinet delivery was delayed, MLC stepped in without hesitation and took over the job. From the very beginning, they were professional, transparent, and incredibly detailed in setting expectations for the installation process. Leo and Collin handled my kitchen installation, and I couldn’t have asked for a better team. They discovered that my previous contractor had provided incorrect measurements for the cabinets. Instead of walking away or delaying the project even further, they came up with a solution. They completed a partial installation, including my appliances, so I could continue using my kitchen while waiting for the correctly sized cabinets. They took accurate measurements, handled the cabinet exchange at Home Depot themselves so I didn’t have to deal with transporting bulky cabinets, treated my home with great care, and thoroughly cleaned up after each visit. When they returned to complete the installation, I had complete confidence in their work, and they exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend MLC to anyone looking for a professional, honest, and customer-focused remodeling team. They turned what had become a frustrating experience into one that restored my confidence and gave me a beautiful kitchen.

We are so pleased with our MLC kitchen remodel from start to finish! Corinne is a wonderful communicator and expert scheduler and the 6 week remodel complete with demoing the kitchen, putting up new drywall, and scheduling the electrician, plumber, flooring, countertop, and tile install. The process was like a well oiled machine even with a big snowstorm in the middle! Her crew was professional, kept a very clean work site, and most importantly, asked us questions when there were options—where to place cabinet hardware, where to put overhead lighting, etc. Some contractors we have worked with would just go ahead with what they thought was best. Would use MLC again for future renovations without reservation.
