I dealt predominantly with Derek and Simon but Eddie was also wonderful. They were accommodating and very interactive throughout the entire project. Doing windows, roof and siding with one company was the way to go!

Derek & his team were so nice. Derek took the time to make sure the job was done right! He came out to the job site personally multiple times to ensure I was happy.

So I had Monarc/UBH replace my roof and a couple of skylights. I couldn't be happier with the results. Everything was seamless; from Tommy setting everything up, to Derek taking his time to explain the entire process, the associated costs and everything else that involved the project, I always felt informed and comfortable. They were transparent and honest. On install day, the crew showed up on time and ready to go. They did an amazing job; I live in East Boston and they were working in tight quarters. They're extremely considerate, efficient and hard working. Eddie, the owner, was there as well and he was a pleasure to talk to. He made sure any concerns I had were addressed. They did an exceptional job, finished everything in 1 day and other than the new roof and skylights, they cleaned up so thoroughly that you'd never have guessed they were even there. Use these guys; they're thorough, transparent and will not disappoint.
