I had a really tough septic situation, lots of ledge, a tight spot to work in, and a system that was basically on its last legs. I needed help fast. Even with a packed schedule, Larry at Monroe Septic turned around a very competitive proposal quickly and actually took the time to walk me through it. I know nothing about septic systems, and he explained everything in a way that made sense without ever talking down to me. When the work started, he didn’t just meet expectations, he blew past them. The install was done faster than expected, the work was spotless, and he was incredibly mindful and professional the whole way through. Just an all‑around great person to work with. He handled everything himself, excavation, rock chipping, not outsourcing so he had full control of work and schedule at all times. If you need septic work done, truly, call Larry. Hired Larry to swap out a septic tank for me. Larry was on time, fair, and clean. Job brought on unexpected issues during the dig, but they were able to be tackled efficiently to keep progress moving forward. Would highly recommend and that’s coming from someone who is a plumber himself.
