In June, another customer said Monster arrived in less than an hour after their door would not close and solved the problem quickly. That was the customer's reported arrival time, with the repair described separately. An April 2026 reviewer described a spring inspection before quoting, a temporary fix while springs were ordered, and confirmation of the price before the repair. They called the price reasonable and said they would use the company again. In a February 2026 review, a customer said they sent photos and measurements by text, received a clear quote, and had new openers in three days; they identified Jack and Joshua as the installers. A March 2026 reviewer also praised Jack and Josh after a garage-door motor and related parts were replaced. Google showed 4.8 stars from 44 ratings in September 2026, and the Better Business Bureau listed an A+ grade. A BBB reviewer complained about difficulty reaching the company by phone and getting calls returned.
