Monteo Development Group

Excellent experience with Monteo Development from start to finish. The team was professional, organized, and delivered a high-quality commercial renovation on Nantucket. Communication was clear, the work stayed on track, and the final result exceeded expectations.

As a business owner on Nantucket, I rely on this duplex as employee housing, so the renovation of all four units was a major, high stakes project. I worked with Monteo Development Group, led by Kiril, and could not have been more confident in my decision. I was away for much of the renovation, which meant I relied fully on Kiril and his team for communication, updates, and decision making throughout the process. I was consistently impressed by how trustworthy, organized, and reliable they were. The updates were thorough, the guidance was honest, and I had complete peace of mind while being off island. The scope of work was significant, and the end result exceeded expectations. Cape Cod is lucky to have such a reputable builder now serving the area. I would not hesitate to work with Monteo Development Group again and highly recommend Kiril and his team for large scale renovations and complex projects.

I had the pleasure of working with Kiril while renovating a garage into a studio. I was extremely happy with the transformation of the space and would highly recommend his team.

Kiril and his team at Monteo Development group were fantastic to work with on a recent kitchen renovation.. Working remotely, Kiril kept in constant contact with us updating us on the project and working with us to make great design decisions. The craftmanship of the cabinet work is beautiful and we love our newly remodeled kitchen. As an interior designer, I work with many builders, and Kiril was incredibly professional, a great problem solver and stayed on budget. I highly recommend Kiril and his team at Monteo Development.
