In a December 2022 review, a customer credited Ruth and her team with a bathroom renovation and interior painting, praising their attention to detail and clear communication throughout the work. A February 2026 customer also praised prompt service and communication when Ruth and the team dealt with a property issue. The December 2025 homeowner described responsiveness by text and phone. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration is active. BBB gives the business an A+ grade, although it is not BBB-accredited. Google lists a five-star average from 18 ratings.
