Motivated Mechanical Solutions

Needing to call a plumber is never a good time. I left several voicemails and didn’t hear back from anyone, and then a neighbor suggested I call Motivated Mechanical. They actually picked up my call, were friendly on the phone, were able to get me in on a Monday morning (I called the Friday before). The plumbers arrived 5 minutes early. There was no 2 hour window where I had to take time away from work to wait for them to arrive - they said they’d be there for 8am and showed up at 7:55am. On top of that - they were so friendly and professional! I am glad to have found Motivated Mechanical and will use them again in the future.

Mason and his team provided exceptional service. We had a full system (boiler, water heater and oil tank) replacement. Adam and Dave were extremely professional and courteous. They answered all of our question and fully explained the installation process. The boiler and water heater installation was without issue and the units are performing to all our expectations. I would recommend their services without hesitation.

Friendly and professional. Unfortunately left a mess in each room, including master closet, the finished basement, and the room that was being renovated. Debris was left on the floors and job-site. My professional clothing had to be sent to the cleaners.

I recently moved to the area and have done a lot of work on the home I purchased. I am really happy with Mason Loveitt and his team at Motivated Mechanical. He installed a new furnace system, new heat pumps for my home, he moved a vent pipe and installed new plumbing fixtures for my kitchen renovation. He installed a new hybrid water heater which turned out to be a lemon: he dealt with the manufacturer and installed a new replacement. His work is excellent and his prices are reasonable. Mason and all of his team are professional and friendly.
