Plumb-It Inc has taken care of my plumbing and heating needs since 2016. I would recommend this family business to anyone who has a need for these services. On every occasion: - I was able to get an appointment in a timely manner - Rob and Trevor always arrived when they said they would - the job was successfully completed in a professional manner I am greatful they are here when I need them again.
Trevor (plumber) is extremely professionally, conscientious, thorough and personable. Integrity and competency levels are off the charts in terms of making sure his work is of the highest standard. Simply could not give any plumber a higher rating.
I was introduced to Plumb-It during some home renovations that we started about 2 years ago. They handled all of our bathroom and kitchen installations during that time. We were so incredibly impressed by Rob and Trevor's knowledge, professionalism and efficiency that we started to use them for all of our plumbing needs. The experience has been overwhelmingly positive. Mary is extremely responsive when I need to schedule an appointment, even when we've had emergencies!! Their pricing is consistent with what I would expect to pay and you can absolutely guarantee the job is going to be done right. They are also incredibly personable and I always feel like they genuinely care about our family. Thank you Plumb-It!!
Very happy with the Plumb-It staff! They are reliable, easy to communicate with via email and offer top notch service along with excellent ideas for dealing with complex problems. Although, I don't wish for more plumbing issues, with Plumb-It I know they will be sorted out quickly, efficiently and with a smile.
We have used Plumb-It for all our plumbing needs for many years, and recently Rob successfully worked on my boiler. When one chooses a Maine family business, one hopes for a quick response and personal attention. That is what one gets every time from Plumb-It. We have called on them for emergencies and for routine inspections and installations. In every case they go above and beyond expectations. My favorite "beyond expectations" fact is that no matter how busy he is, Rob explains how the system works and why he is fixing it the way he has chosen. I have learned a lot despite my resistance to mechanical education. Neither my resistance nor my being a senior woman has ever deterred Rob from his ending lectures. He cares about his customers.
