A 2025 customer said they spoke with Luke in June about having a mini-split installed, were told it would be done, and had not heard back by November.
In June disgust with Luke about having a mini-split installed said they would do it , well here it is November and have not heard back from them , guest there not interested .
After hours of frustratingly trying to self diagnose the problem, I decided to give Mousam Valley Tech a call. So glad that I did!! A tech arrived within a few hours. He was courteous , knowledgeable and diagnosed the issue quickly. Thankful during the dead of winter it was resolved quickly. As for the one bad review they received on here. Please disregard… consider the size of the area they service, the time it takes to repair a heating system, furnace , HVAC , etc. I strongly feel the professional service you receive is worth the wait. I highly recommend Mousam Valley Tech , and am a very satisfied customer .

Top notch! I have used this company regularly to service and maintain our K1 monitor heater. Always on time, always professional. We recently had an odor of kerosene/carbon dioxide? near the heater. Wasn't sure what it was. I called the company and a serviceman came out IMMEDIATELY. He completely checked my heater, tank, pump, etc. and finally determined it was something else entirely! (a carton left by another insulation serivce we had the same day, carton had a kerosene odor !) but the serviceman's concern was obvious and he stayed until we figured it out. TOP NOTCH COMPANY WITH HONEST PEOPLE AND PROMPT SERVICE.
