Move and Care Moving Company

Move and Care is a Woburn moving company that's grown well beyond local jobs — its reviews describe long-distance runs to New Hampshire, Virginia, New York, Washington DC, New Jersey, and Maine, plus corridors as far as Charlotte, North Carolina to Boston, alongside straightforward local moves around Greater Boston. The volume of detailed, specific praise is hard to miss: crews are named again and again — Oskar and Batraz, Maxim and Kostya, Tony's team, Eddie and Sergey — handling multi-stop jobs, third-floor walk-ups with no elevator, and full office relocations (one crew spent two days dismantling and reinstalling workstations before moving the rest of the office). A move that included overnight storage from Massachusetts to Maine is described as smooth from the initial estimate through final delivery, and a long-distance move from Charlotte to Boston gets singled out for clear communication at every step. Across roughly 1,399 Google ratings the average sits at 4.9, and it holds a 4.8 on Thumbtack and an A grade, accredited, on BBB. A few recent accounts are worth weighing before booking. One recent review describes a video-based estimate that came in at nearly double the quoted price once the crew was on site. Another recent review describes a lost box that turned up at a different customer's house, with the reviewer asked to retrieve it themselves. In a December 2025 review, a customer says a recliner was broken during the move. BBB also lists 6 complaints on file for the company, though the board still grades it A. The company's USDOT number is self-reported on its website and hasn't been checked against a federal registry. For a straightforward local move or a longer haul out of state, the crews the reviews describe show up ready and handle the work with care — just confirm the estimate covers everything you're moving and get any price changes in writing before the truck is loaded.
