Jump Streets Movers is a Woburn-based, self-described family-owned outfit that's built a genuinely large footprint — 163 Google ratings averaging 4.7 — handling everything from studio apartments to interstate relocations across Massachusetts. The specific, recent accounts are largely strong: crews get named and thanked directly (Osmond and Johnny for careful furniture wrapping, a coordinator named Zadi for quotes that landed right in the middle of the estimated range), and one recent review specifically credits the team for staying in touch mid-move and checking in on furniture placement afterward — a detail that mattered because the customer's spouse has real anxiety about people in the home. A difficult, multi-part bed frame got disassembled and reassembled without issue in another recent job. But there's a real, recurring concern worth taking seriously before booking: this spring, one customer described being pressured to confirm a moving date immediately to 'hold the spot,' then getting charged $500 when they tried to adjust it, with no move actually completed. That sits on top of an older cluster of complaints from last summer describing withheld deposits after the company itself canceled last-minute, and hostile or threatening responses when customers asked for refunds or mentioned leaving a review. A separate, older review alleges stolen items and a damaged TV the crew denied breaking. None of that shows up in the star average, which is why it's worth reading past the number. If you book with Jump Streets, get the cancellation and deposit terms in writing before you confirm a date — the bulk of recent, detailed accounts describe careful, on-time work, but go in with your policy questions answered first.

I can't recommend Jump Street Movers highly enough! From the very first scheduling phone call to the moment they drove away after the move, the entire experience was absolutely outstanding.

They arrived exactly on time, first meeting us at our storage unit, then heading to our apartment, and finally moving everything into our new home. The whole team was incredibly efficient, friendly, and professional throughout the day. They handled all of our belongings with great care, making what could have been a stressful move feel completely seamless.

What really impressed us was that they even took the time to fix a piece of furniture that had been damaged by a previous moving company. They didn't have to do that, but they did it anyway, and it says a lot about how much they care about their customers.

There were no hidden charges or surprises—just honest, excellent service from start to finish. Mario and his team were absolutely awesome and went above and beyond every step of the way.

Without a doubt, this was the best moving experience we've ever had. We'll definitely be calling Jump Street Movers for any future moves!
