A full kitchen renovation finished in two months is the most recent job on Mpact Corp's Google page — an April 2026 review credits Marcelo and his team with communicating throughout, listening to the family's suggestions and offering some of his own. The Dedham company describes itself as a general construction and renovation outfit doing interior and exterior work for residential and commercial customers in the Boston area, and Marcelo is the name customers attach to the projects and crews. The jobs customers describe run from trim work to whole-unit rebuilds. In a February 2025 review, a customer said the company took an old three-bedroom, one-bath unit to three bedrooms and two and a half baths, moving the electrical and HVAC from the basement into the unit, adding a washer and dryer, and wiring it for CAT 6. A January 2025 reviewer who had worked with Marcelo for over a year listed repairs, painting, outside wall repair and a roof replacement. A July 2024 review describes two sets of stairs replaced, with the work area left spotless. And a March 2024 customer who had already had a kitchen remodeled brought Marcelo back for new doors and trim, crown molding, wall repairs and painting, matching the entry door's color to the building's other doors while working around the customer's work-from-home schedule. All eight Google ratings are five stars. Communication comes up again and again: a March 2026 reviewer said he kept them updated, and an August 2025 reviewer said he was transparent about which services they needed and finished the projects on time. On licensing, the Massachusetts registry shows the company's home improvement contractor registration (206636) as expired. Marcelo Miguel Neto's construction supervisor licence (CS-117513) is active on the state registry.
