In June 2026, Rick and Gina Dorr praised their cedar fence and said the installers left the property clean without damaging their plants. A May 2026 reviewer, using the company for a second time, said the fence went in when promised and described Graham as professional. Mr. Fence says it has served Massachusetts since 1990, operating from Bellingham and Buzzards Bay. The company offers residential and commercial fence installation and repair in vinyl, aluminum, wood and chain link, along with outdoor structures such as arbors, railings and mailbox posts. Its website names Bellingham, Buzzards Bay and Worcester as service areas. Angi lists a 4.7-star rating from 67 ratings, and its BBB page carries an A+ grade. Several customers writing in 2024 described work beyond a straight fence run. One September reviewer praised a custom arch design for a gate; another said two gates were installed to close openings in a stone wall and keep dogs in the yard. In August 2024, a customer specifically identified Dave and Shane from the Buzzards Bay location as the crew that replaced an aging fence. A June 2024 reviewer said the same named installers replaced a fence and praised the company's suggestions and price. Another June account described neat work at two properties after the crew accommodated a time crunch. These are dated customer experiences, rather than promises about every new project. There are also complaints about what was removed, scheduling and completion. An August 2025 Google reviewer liked the new fence but said the crew removed and took away an old fence despite instructions to leave it. In December 2023, a customer said a salesman promised a start within a couple of days, but the crew arrived a week later; that customer nevertheless described creditable work and a clean site. An August 2021 reviewer reported a missed estimate appointment with no call. In a June 2024 Reddit thread, a former customer looking for a new installer said Mr Fence took forever to show up, was impossible to get hold of, and frequently didn't call back or follow up as promised. A July 2019 customer said a worker left a section of fence missing and suggested buying the piece at Home Depot and finishing it themselves.
