This has been my second time using Frank and his crew to refinish our wood floors, first time at a different home over 20 years ago and besides a few gray hairs haha 😄 the professionalism and product of Mr Sandman is outstanding, it hasn't changed, he did the whole house minus the living room and they look so great, I don't even want to walk on them. Frank was introduced to me by a neighbor of mine, who’s a general contractor, who’s known Frank many years. From our first meeting until the completion of the job—refinishing four rooms and foyer on the first floor of our 100 year old home in West Springfield—Frank was a total professional. He provided a quick, reasonable quote (during first meeting) and clearly articulated expectations and timing. The floors, which hadn’t been done in 30 years, turned out great. We couldn’t be happier with the results and his attention to details, including ample communication throughout the process.
