10 stars isn't nearly enough for the work CT Remodeling did for us!! We have worked with contractors in the past, but Troy and his crews well surpassed all our expectations. When Troy came to look over the projects he noticed things no other contractor saw, and had recommendations for the most cost effective way to address all the issues. Unbelievably, In 3 1//2 weeks Troy and his crews completed these jobs: A complete renovation of a bathroom, down to the bare walls, a new roof, siding, restoration of a chimney, repoint and clean an exterior brick wall, reposition one wall of the garage and rebuild another wall, remove a large deck, and construct a deck, and pour a concrete patio. Every job was completed with remarkable speed and expertise. While doing the work, they uncovered some unpleasant surprises (like extensive termite damage, and no footings under one corner of the house!) with each one Troy just addressed it immediately and kept the projects moving forward. Troy is extremely responsive. He got back to us with every question immediately, even calling from his vacation to make sure our questions were answered. His communication made every step of the process stress free. He also arranged for someone to go shopping for materials for the bathroom to insure everything arrived on schedule and all the components came together nicely. Troy went above and beyond at every step of the process. It is very apparent that he cares not only about the quality of the job, but also about his relationship with the homeowner. We could not have been more pleased. We have already recommended CT Remodeling to others and are gladly work with Troy on any future home projects.
Great work on my bathroom renovation!! Highly recommend.
Fantastic customer service. Nice work.. Thanks
I used CT remodeling for a small kitchen renovation. We had Troy’s team paint our cabinets and walls, add backsplash and a partial opening of the kitchen wall with a breakfast bar and custom radiator cover. Troy and Christina were extremely responsive and a pleasure to work with. Kevin and David did the majority of the work and did a fantastic job, especially with building a custom radiator cover. I would definitely recommend CT remodeling for any home improvement projects and we’ll definitely use them in the future.
This guy Troy is shadier than the mighty Charter Oak. Arrogant. If you are a woman, he will talk down to you. He’s a paper GC. Doesn’t do any of his own work and really doesn’t know much other than flooring. Oh, and the best part is he doesn’t pull permits and you’re left dealing with the town. Consider more honest alternatives.
