Mr-Suds Power Washing PROs

Mr-Suds Power Washing PROs is a power-washing business whose website lists house washing, soft washing, deck and patio cleaning, fence cleaning, roof cleaning and gutter cleaning. Its stated service area includes Hartford, Newington, Wethersfield and Middletown. A recent customer whose house had not been washed since new siding went on over 10 years ago said the house and garage look terrific after Roman's work and the white trim looks brand new. A recent customer said Mr-Suds power washed, re-sanded and sealed a brick paver driveway put in 35 years ago, and the driveway looked almost new afterward. A recent customer said Roman was careful to protect the landscaping while soft washing the house. A recent customer said Mr. Suds power-washed 6 garage doors and a fence that borders their condo complex. A recent customer said the price stayed the same even though an extra visit was required because the tenant did not leave the lights on overnight. A 2025 customer said their townhouse community hired Mr Suds to wash all the units, which had not been washed for several years. A recent customer hired Roman, the owner, to clean stone, a patio and ipe decking, at prices that customer called very high, and paid about $4,000 for about two days of power washing. That customer said the green discoloration could not be removed from the granite, the ipe was not even close to its original coloring, and Roman blamed a number of reasons why the surfaces couldn't be cleaned. A recent customer said the soft wash was done well and mold was cleaned off, but the first appointment was only to look at the house, and at the second appointment the service person arrived three hours late.
