On Thumbtack it is a Top Pro at 5.0 stars from 42 ratings with 66 projects shown; on Google it averages 4.9 from 23 ratings. The repair stories run the same way. A July 2026 Thumbtack reviewer had a technician out the day after calling about a refrigerator, back with the parts a few days later, and followed up a week after that. A May 2026 Google reviewer had a dryer diagnosed the same day; a March 2026 one found the technician already carrying the part in his vehicle. Another July 2026 Thumbtack reviewer got the verdict that it was the compressor, and decided to buy a new refrigerator. Several reviewers mention the same two things afterward: the technician explained what he was doing, and left the area clean. What to plan for is parts. An August 2026 Google reviewer was happy with a thorough washer check-up but waited a few days for the parts to arrive, and a September 2026 reviewer described a little miscommunication before the washer job came together. If your machine is an off brand, or the last few shops would not touch it, this is a reasonable call. Ask what the diagnostic visit costs and whether it comes off the repair, and pin down the lead time when they order a part.
Although there’s a little bit of miscommunication, they eventually came through and did everything efficiently and perfectly so our washer works again thank you so much because other places are charging upwards of $250 for diagnostic fee. We apologize for being so direct but these guys are exceptional and what they do.
I reached out knowing the water pump on my washer needed to be replaced. I had a conversation with one of the repair technicians, and they informed me they could order the part and be out the day they received the part. I contacted them on a Monday, and the repair was completed that Wednesday. There was a delay in their arrival, but they were respectful of my time and communicated they delay in a timely fashion. I was not present for the actual repair, but my parents said the tech was very respectful of their home and communicated well of all the things that needed to be done. I will definitely recommend MrCheck to people in the area.

The gentleman was very kind and did a thorough check- up on my washer. He explained everything he did and always answered my questions. He left the area very clean when he came and left. It took a few days to get the parts, but overall I was happy with the service.
They came through with diagnosed the problem and ordered the part needed. Returned and replaced the part. Highly ecommend them.
