Mugford Masonry

Mugford Masonry is Adam Mugford's one-man Beverly operation, and the reviews on file, spanning 2020 to 2026, describe a mason customers keep coming back to and referring others to. One review from June 2026 describes Adam re-pointing a stone foundation, calling his masonry skills second to none; another homeowner, in a 2021 review, says he knows chimneys, calling him honest with fair pricing. The specifics run deep for a small shop: an architect hired him to replace a retaining wall and build a new walkway, saying he was amazing at rounding out her own design ideas. Another customer used him twice — first for new front steps, later for a bathroom floor retiling — and calls the work professional, efficient, and high quality both times. A third homeowner found him through a Nextdoor recommendation and says he was by far the most responsive and competitively priced of everyone she contacted for chimney waterproofing. Mugford's own site and Houzz profile describe masonry, stone, pavers, and concrete work across Beverly and the North Shore. Nothing negative shows up across the eight reviews on file. For foundation, chimney, or hardscape masonry work — steps, walls, walkways — this is a small operation whose customers describe careful, responsive, and design-minded craftsmanship.
