I can't say enough about Munroe Roofing. I reached out to Nick on a Sunday after noticing some animal damage to my roof and he responded within 15 minutes. He took a look at some photos I sent him and made some recommendations to secure the hole for the incoming rain. He noticed the roof was nearing its end of life and recommended replacement, but was not pushy. He provided an estimate for both repair and replacement. Nick reached out the next day to see how we made out with the heavy rain and I was happy to say that everything was dry. When we decided to replace the aging roof, Nick came out and made an in person visit and provided some samples of roofing materials. Once we finalized the contract, the roof was replaced in 4 days. He and his crew completed the job in just 1 day. Because I couldn't be on-site, Nick sent me photos throughout the job and after the cleanup. They did a fantastic job and cleaned up, leaving the jobsite as they found it. I was very pleased with the excellent customer service, pricing, and especially the response I received. I will definitely use them again for my other house and recommend Munroe Roofing to friends and family. Thank you Nick and company!
