My house needed new siding desperately. I had a couple of the big guys in with their overpriced and high pressure routines. Really getting annoyed with them, i called Model Home Renovations. Josh came over the next day and proved himself to be the real deal. He showed me his product, took some pics and measurements and within minutes, he gave me a reasonable price. We scheduled the work a few weeks out, and Josh kept me informed from the arrival of the materials, to the last nail picked up. Any questions or concerns, he always picked up the phone or got back right away. The crew of Model Home were great. With brothers Luis and Brian running the crew, they got the job done flawlessly, and i am so impressed with their work! I highly recommend Model Home Renovations!!

Model Home Renovations did our trim, gutters and repaired some old damaged shingle siding in Hanson. We had such an awesome experience. We got a quote in under 24 hours of Joshua coming over and looking at the job. Fast scheduling after approving the quote. Then the actual work happened, their crew worked long days in the hot weather to get it done for us. Not only that they paid such great attention to detail. They came back a 3rd day just for a few hours to finish up instead of trying to rush it into the 2nd day. They clearly have high standards and take pride in their work. Afterwards the did a great job cleaning up everything as well. Would recommend and will be using them again for our next project.

One of my biggest pet peeves with contractors is job site cleanup. Too often, the cleanup gets left until the very end of the project. Model Home Renovations was different. Even though the job only took about 2½ days, they cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day. There wasn’t a loose nail or scrap of debris to be found. The workmanship was excellent, the communication was great, and the entire process was professional from start to finish.
