As an example of this, I had thought that my basement was just musty over the years but Sean checked for gas leaks and actually found one and fixed it too! I hired Murtagh Mechanical to do the plumbing work for my new bathroom. Sean explained to me what they were doing, and walked me through it. It came out great and the price was very reasonable. Since then I have had Sean’s company do other work for me. Most recently they put in a tankless propane hot water heater for the other apartment.
