Mydas Touch Painting is a Canton, Massachusetts painting contractor that takes both sides of the house — residential and commercial interior and exterior painting — and adds custom cabinet and furniture work, power washing and demolition. The company says it has been at it for 10 years. It is a small operation: its Better Business Bureau profile at 45 Dan Rd lists a single employee, managed by Willie Johnson, and the BBB page carries an A+ grade. One thing to settle first. The Massachusetts registry shows the company's home improvement contractor registration, #209173, as expired. Ask whether it has been renewed before you sign for anything bigger than a straightforward paint job. For interior or exterior painting, or cabinet and furniture work, around Canton, this is a hands-on shop you can talk to directly. Pin down the prep and the number of coats in the written scope, and ask for a current certificate of insurance along with that registration.
