MyEasyOil.com takes heating oil orders, and its website lists a service area running from Amesbury, Andover and Arlington to Gloucester in Massachusetts, plus Maine towns such as Kittery and York. On Google it holds 2.1 stars from 38 ratings. A 2026 customer paid for a fill-up after a customer service rep said delivery was "normally within 72 business hours." That 2026 customer said calls on Friday and Saturday were disconnected, and a refund came in after they emailed to cancel the order. The same 2026 customer wrote that a delivery wanted sooner than 72 hours was counted as an emergency fill with an additional charge. A 2026 customer said the inspection was cleared, but the delivery was then pushed to a possible Monday over a delivery schedule or truck issue; that customer said the full charge was refunded in a timely manner. A 2026 customer wrote that 10 days after the money was taken, there was still no response or delivery. A 2026 customer said the oil was not delivered within the window they were given, and that the phone system hung up without letting them leave a voicemail. A 2024 customer said payment was taken right away, pictures of the tank were requested a day later, and the inspection was declined three days after that.

Most homes have a 275-gallon tank, and a delivery usually fills whatever is left in it — so pick how many gallons you need. The total is before any fees or taxes.

275 gal at $5.390, before fees
Saw that the price was much better than our usual supplier. Called and immediately spoke with a customer service rep. She was helpful in answering my questions EXCEPT regarding timing of the inspection/delivery. She said "normally within 72 business hours" and that someone would call me. I paid for a fill-up and waited for the call. That was on a Thursday morning. Called again on Friday morning since I hadn't heard anything; was told I'd hear from them later that day. Called several times as the afternoon came to a close but the line was disconnected each time. I started to panic I'd just lost my $800. Tried to call multiple times on Saturday as well but was disconnected. In desperation I responded to the confirmation email on my order to "CANCEL this order." Didn't hear back, but I saw a refund come in Monday afternoon. Their model is that if you call for oil delivery for anytime sooner than 72 hours it's counted as an emergency fill, and they charge an additional $250. But they can't give you a timeline of a normal fill? The model is frustrating, as is the fact that the business hours ("24/7") differ from the actual phone-in times.
Ordered oil through this company late on December 18th as they had a competitive price. The worst decision I made was going through this company. Was sent a link to complete the oil tank which I had expected and completed the following day. I called on Monday or Tuesday the following week, was told that the inspection had been reviewed and was cleared for delivery. I was then told the latest I would receive oil would be Friday due to Christmas. I called early Friday morning, was told that there was an issue with the delivery schedule/truck and the soonest they could get to me would potentially be Monday. Meaning, I may have oil after ordering oil 11 days prior. I told them multiple times when I spoke on the phone throughout the week that I was low on oil and they conveniently told me that I could pay for the emergency delivery at a cost of $250. The only positive thing I can say is that they refunded me the entire charge in a timely manner. I would not suggest going through this company, save yourself time and patience. Went through a local oil company in town, they were able to deliver oil within 4 days.
Worst company ever! Be aware !! I wish i read reviews before placing my order!it been 10 days now and still no response or delivery from them. Took the money same day i placed the order. Called 100 times they dont even answer anymore
I wish I could put 0 stars. This company is a bunch of SCAMMERS. We ordered oil (and were charged immediately), they did not deliver within the window when they said they would. We ran out of oil, called again and they took another $250 to make the delivery today. Still no oil. Despite their website claiming they are open 24 hours a day, they are clearly closed and will not answer phone calls nor allow us to record a voicemail - the system just hangs up on you. There’s literally nothing we can do now but wait for them to feel like showing up to work and calling us back while we sit here with no heat.
Ordered oil, payment taken immediately. A day later they requested pictures of the tank which were submitted. Took 3 days to respond and decline the inspection. Process is backwards, heat is a necessity, I have young children and elders at my house.
