Mystique Renovations' own Houzz profile statement tells of being raised partly by an uncle who was a 3rd generation carpenter, then earning an associates degree in architectural drafting and working as an associate civil engineer. In a 2017 Houzz review, a customer said they hired JR and Gena Rothman of Mystique Renovations to replace the tiles in the drop ceiling in their basement. That 2017 reviewer called the prices very fair and competitive, said they were punctual and courteous at the estimate and on the day of the job, kept an immaculate work space and left the room neat and tidy, and were flexible when the customer had a last minute scheduling conflict. In a separate 2017 Houzz review, a customer said they were very responsive, gave a fair quote and performed the work on time and within budget.
