Excellent craftsmanship across every discipline! Dan & his team(s) were miracle workers in changing my dilapidated first floor unit into a showplace which will be the owner's unit when I move down from the second floor. This was an all-out conversion, with removal of walls, floors and even a giant chimney, to accommodate a brand new open floor plan based on architect's drawings (we worked together to tweak a couple of elements). Dan went 'above and beyond' drawing on his problem solving skills, when my 200-year old house presented him with a number of structural deficiencies which he took in stride and effectively remediated without any drama. We also replaced a rotting bulkhead and gut-renovated the front and rear stairwells and hallways. Exterior clapboards were replaced as needed for a seamless appearance, and the new exterior paint job really spruced up the whole house. Needless to say, I can highly recommend Nardelli Builders for any size project a homeowner may be considering.

I don’t think I could’ve made a better choice in having Nardelli Builders for the construction of a new house. From land clearing to window cleaning Dan is the key cog in the works. His personality, knowledge and professionalism made the whole process bearable. He was always willing to field questions, communicate status and came up with solutions as situations arose. Plus he’s on site, hands on, seeing the build through. His crew and subs were equally pleasant and helpful during the construction. Even post construction, Dan has helped in addressing hiccups associated with bringing a house online. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Nardelli Builders for future projects. 😊
