Nazario Construction

Nazario Construction is a Stoughton remodeling and tenant fit-up contractor, and its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, #162291, is active on the state registry under Abiud Nazario. The company's own site describes residential and commercial renovation across Boston and the surrounding area, and states the business is minority-owned and SOMWBA-certified as an MBE, a certification it dates to 2009. The written history here is dated. In a January 2014 Houzz review, a homeowner described hiring the company to swap an old aluminum slider to their deck for a new French door with sidelites — a job complicated by a post-and-beam frame the new door had to fit into. Houzz lists home, kitchen, bathroom and basement remodeling alongside general contracting. If you are weighing them for a renovation or a commercial fit-up around Stoughton, ask to see projects like yours from the last year or two and who will be running the crew, and get the scope and schedule in writing before the first payment.
