Closet organizing — a 2018 Angi reviewer describes Alisa's closet work

Fees and follow-up — a BBB reviewer cites high fees, text-only service

Neat & Tidy Cleaning & Organizing Services is a Boston residential cleaning and home organizing business run by Alisa Hunter, who, per its Angi profile, has over twenty years in the field. Its written reviews on Angi date from 2018: five customers gave 5 stars, and one described Alisa organizing a closet and helping with ideas for two more. Another called her patient and trustworthy and said the service was good value. A BBB reviewer complained that the business left the property in worse condition than it started, charged exorbitant fees, and could only be reached by text.
