Lv Home Improvements & Cleaning, Inc.

Two of the accounts here are not about renovation at all — they are about cleaning. In February 2022 someone who rents out an Airbnb property wrote that they had chosen this company as their cleaners and found the crew professional, easy to communicate with and flexible around a constantly changing schedule. In December 2022 a property management company wrote that it had been using LV Home Improvement & Cleaning for many years, and called the team detail-oriented and responsible. The business works out of 436 Blue Hill Avenue in Dorchester, and it works both halves of its name. Its Angi listing covers bathroom remodels, ceramic and natural stone tile, flooring and interior painting, and the project galleries there are mostly bathrooms, tile and flooring. Angi also notes that Spanish is spoken. The written accounts are few and spread across the years: 10 Google ratings averaging 5.0, an April 2024 reviewer who called the crew professional and the work good, and one four-star Angi review from December 2018. Two things to settle before hiring. The Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration in the company's name expired in 2024, so ask where that stands if your job calls for a registered contractor. And check the number you dial: the BBB profile, which is unclaimed, publishes a phone number that differs from the one on file for the business. For cleaning a rental on a repeating schedule, or a bathroom-and-tile job in Boston, there is a short but steady trail of clients who kept coming back. Ask about the registration and get the scope in writing before any construction work starts.
