Dave Nielson (Nielson Homes) and his team are fantastic! We began working with Dave 2 years ago with a master bathroom remodel and adding a portico entrance to our front door; we continue to hire Dave for our projects because of how terrific our experience has been. All the experts Dave has brought in to work on projects have delivered. They have done excellent work, been very timely, cleaned up, been polite and respective of our space; in addition, they have recommended alterations when necessary. Pricing is very fair, timelines are kept. The brainstorming on how to solve a problem is interactive. Dave is generous with his time and ideas. During the pandemic, everyone who has worked in our house has been very concientious. Our next project is basement improvements including a new bathroom/laundry area. Dave is a man of his word and he and his team do quality work We engaged Dave to do a substantial renovation of our home - kitchen, master bathroom and 4 other bathrooms, build a whole new 3rd floor, floor color, and paint The work got started just as the pandemic was starting to take off, Dave and his team did an amazing job of securing all the permits needed, procuring all the materials, and completing all of the work on time for us to be able to move in by the July 4 holiday Dave does an excellent job of setting realistic expectations and drives hard to meet the deadlines which he did He also does an excellent job of keeping us well informed of the progress and is also efficient in how he engages us to make key design decisions The contractors he brings in for various tasks are excellent craftsman and also very professional and courteous We highly recommend Dave for your next major home renovation or new home build / he is truly best of breed

Dave and his team made all the additional efforts required to contend with and manage the changes in permits, approvals, job access, resource availability, and schedules brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic. He was able to complete a quality renovation of our bathrooms and bedrooms on-budget. The new flooring and showers, in particular, look amazing. It was a pleasure to work with Dave and his team.

Dave recently completed an expansion and complete renovation of our bathroom. Projects like this are disruptive, but Dave worked to mitigate the inconveniences.
