A 2026 customer said Michael fixed their ATS for 10% of the cost of a swap another company had planned, after finding insect damage inside it. A 2024 customer said the generator's transfer switch failed, and that Mike diagnosed the problem within an hour and stayed late to install a new control module. A 2025 customer said Michael picked up late on a Friday night after the power blew and showed up in 30 minutes. That 2025 customer said his team later installed recessed lighting, smoke detectors and ceiling fans. In a 2023 review, a customer said Mike and his team put a charging station in their garage for a Tesla. A 2024 customer said Mike and his assistant replaced the lights in their pool without draining it. A 2022 customer who hired the company for a 24 KV whole home generator said Mike was unresponsive and installed the generator at an unsuitable spot for the gas lines. That 2022 customer said the project took a year. In a separate 2022 review, a customer objected to a $175 charge for a 15-minute visit about a pool light. A 2020 Angi reviewer objected to a $165 service fee and a second $115 fee to come back and finish the job. A 2025 customer said the work was good and the price reasonable, but that the company would not waive a late fee.
