New England Quality Air Solutions

New England Quality Air Solutions cleans air ducts and dryer vents. A 2019 customer, who needed the ducts cleaned before a lung transplant, said Mario and Sergio verified the number of vents, mains and returns, did most of the cleaning from the basement with a rotating brush and vacuum, and showed pictures of what was in the vents. That 2019 customer said they also did a treatment for mold and mildew and cleaned a dryer vent whose pictures showed almost complete clogging. A separate 2019 customer said the company quickly cleared a clogged dryer line, knocked 25% off the price after its truck broke down and a visit had to be rescheduled, and quoted more than $100 less than two other quotes. A 2019 reviewer wrote that the technicians called ahead, explained the work and provided an updated estimate before starting. Another 2019 customer said the staff did not try to sell a service that was not needed. A 2019 customer said there was a small problem after a duct cleaning that they would return to fix in a few weeks.
