A furnace and hot-water-tank installation drew a recommendation for Lamoureux Plumbing Heating & AC in a 2016 Google review. The customer described the worker as professional and friendly. The Palmer business has a 3.7-star Google average from three ratings. A customer writing in 2018 described a different experience: an appointment to clean two furnaces at a duplex was missed, two messages seeking to reschedule went unanswered, and the owner hung up when the customer called again.
Called made appointment to have my duplex’s two furnaces cleaned. No show now call. I call to reschedule leave 2 messages none returned. I call back again owner answers and I tell him who I am he just hangs up on me. If you don’t want the business then don’t accept the jobs.if I could I’d give -5 stars and I never review anyone!
Put in hot water tank and new furnace. Very professional and friendly. I highly recommend him .
