Speed is the second theme, and it is specific. Two things temper that. Ask for the diagnostic or consultation fee up front and whether it comes off the job, get the quote itemized before you agree — particularly on a parts-heavy replacement — and if you liked a technician, request them by name; enough reviewers do that it clearly works.
