We had a great experience with New Generation Flooring. They installed new flooring, completed self-leveling on the subfloor to address uneven areas and replaced messy baseboards on our main floor, and took care of several patch repairs. Our home is older, so nothing is perfectly square or level. There are uneven floors, walls, and plenty of quirks that come with an older house. The team did an excellent job working around those imperfections, finding practical solutions, and delivering a finished product that looks clean and professional. From start to finish, they were responsive, punctual, and a pleasure to work with. Communication was excellent - they answered questions quickly, showed up when they said they would, and kept us informed throughout the project. Their pricing was fair and transparent, and we always felt they wanted to do the job the right way. The quality of the workmanship really stands out and came by to do a QC check at the end. They clearly take pride in their work and care about the finished result. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend New Generation Flooring to anyone looking for a reliable, honest, and skilled flooring contractor. We'd gladly hire them again for future projects.

I had three rooms refinished in my apartment, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. He was punctual every time, making the process smooth and hassle-free.
