Avoid doing business with these people at all costs. I initially contacted then in the spring of 2021. They promised to come on one day and no-showed at the time promised to assess the floors andprovidea price. Hours after the scheduled appointment, I get a text saying they would come the next morning. Again, no showed . I called and they said that their truck broke down. Finally on the third day, Tina shows up and gives me a price. We agree that they will do the work after window replacement and painting. We agree on a day and time. I get a text message an hour before their scheduled arrival time that they would be over two hours late because their truck had broken down. ( same excuse as the last time). They finally show and say they can't start the work because there was furniture in one of the rooms. The furniture being two chairs that could easily been move in a minute. After two days of not answering calls or texts, I finally said forget it and I would seek someone else to do the work. These people are a waste of time and extremely unprofessional.

We hired Quy and his team to lay down hardwood throughout our entire house and refinish the floors in a few areas. I can’t say enough good things about them. Quy was incredibly knowledgeable about the best way to get the job done and done well. We were under a tight timeline since we only had a small window of time before we moved in but Quy made it work - he was also great about coordinating with the painters we contracted to make sure everything was done in time. Both the new floors and refinished floors look BEAUTIFUL. He was able to match the stains perfectly. We will definitely be hiring them again to do the floors in our kitchen when we’re ready and would highly recommend Quy and his team to others. Also, his quote came in significantly lower than the others we received. He had come highly recommended by our realtor who said the same - his prices are the lowest but the quality is extremely high. We feel lucky we found him!

I had Tim do my refinishing of my floors a few years back in Avon 1600 SQ FT The house was built in 1937 and had not been done in years I left the house for 3 days did not call or come by until 3 days When I came back Tim met me at the house to go over the job to make sure I was happy with the job I was indeed the floors looked wonderful Tim gave me a great price as well. Tim is a great guy to work with and he and his team are honest and reliable, I liked the fact I could just give Tim a key to the house and not worry. The reason I am writing this review after a few years as I am contacting Tim to do some work in my current residence I would not think about anyone else do work for me other than Tim Jimmy

Quy and his team at Perfection Hardwood Floor Service were great to work with and did an amazing job for a very good price. He was responsive, receptive, and performed the exactly as we had hoped. They were in and out faster than promised, did an immaculate job cleaning afterward, and couldn't have been easier to work with even though we were out of town while having floors sanded/stained/polyurethaned in living/dining/hall/staircase/4 bedrooms. We were referred to Quy by a friend and are just as happy with the outcome as they had promised we would be!

Our second floor was damaged in the awful New England winter of 2014-2015. Quy gave me a fair price and did a fantastic job, on time as specified. The floor looks as good as new, and the damaged part by the window blends seamlessly with the rest. My wife and I couldn't be happier -- highly recommended.
