New View Tree Care, LLC

New View Tree Care is a tree care company that says it has worked North Franklin, Mansfield and surrounding areas of Connecticut for more than three decades, with an owner born and raised in the area. A recent Google customer described the company as under Mark's leadership and ownership and said that after a number of dangerous trees came down on that property, six more neighbors hired Mark and his crew for tree removal and trimming. When a tree fell onto the side of one recent customer's house, Ken and his pals removed it slowly without causing any additional damage, that customer said, and Ken invited them to ride in his bucket to take closeup pictures. A customer who called after seeing the company's sign in the neighborhood said Mark responded quickly and his crew showed up when he said they would. A 2024 customer wrote that the crew removed a 100-foot tree from the property, and said they had responded quickly a few years earlier when a fallen tree compromised the roof during a storm. A 2024 customer with a huge hill said the job did not tear up the lawn, the branches were stacked neatly, and the company gave an option to make payments. In a 2024 review, a customer said Mark noticed the damaged trees sat on city property, photographed them and brought the photos to the City Public Works rather than charging for them. A 2023 customer said Mark and the crew took down a widow maker on a tree in the yard, and a 2025 reviewer wrote of working with Mark for the past 15 years. The company holds an A+ grade and accreditation with the Better Business Bureau.
