Newcomb's Masonry

Newcomb's Masonry has been building and repairing fireplaces and chimneys out of Munsonville, New Hampshire since 1960 — 66 years, by the company's own count. It describes itself as family owned and operated, and its Better Business Bureau profile names Donald Newcomb as the owner. Fireplaces and chimneys run through most of what it offers: chimney building and repair, chimney liners, fireplace installation and repair. The company's site adds custom masonry beyond the hearth — patios, firepits, foundation walls — and says it works southeastern New Hampshire and southern Vermont. The Better Business Bureau accredits the business and grades it A+. For a homeowner who wants a chimney rebuilt or a fireplace put in by a shop that has been at it for decades, Newcomb's is a sensible call. Before booking, ask for proof of insurance, get the scope and the materials written into the quote, and ask to walk past a recent chimney or fireplace job nearby.
