After a very upsetting no-show from a different flooring company, Newton Flooring was recommended to me. From the start, customer service was 5 stars. Henry answered my first call himself, answered all my questions, and explained in great detail about the installation. He texted/communicated well and his crew were exactly on time each day. They removed rugs and installed the engineered flooring for 2.5 rooms in one day. Did come back to finish some fine details. Floors look gorgeous and he was able to fix a loud squeak. Also he’s an awesome guy! Easygoing and friendly and just gives off a vibe you can trust. Kind of rare with contractors. Highly recommend! *UPDATE* I had Henry come back Jan 2022 to rip out a rug & install flooring for a bedroom since the last experience was so great. Henry texted quickly and fit me in one month from asking. Edson was on time and very professional. He completely finished and cleaned the room in 6-7 hrs. Floors are gorgeous. He disposed the old rug for me and vacuumed. Highly recommend Newton Flooring again!!

We found Newton Flooring Solutions from home advisor based on the positive reviews. We tried to get quotes from them and a couple other contractors. Henry was the most responsive among all we contacted. He was available for questions on text messages. Henry sounded like he genuinely care about our concerns re our floor and offered options, without trying to oversell his services. Even though his quote was higher than others, we ultimately decided to proceed with him due to his excellent communication. We were trying to find a contractor to provide service for our rental property in MA (while we are remote on the West Coast), so good communication was very important for us. I was informed by my condo management company that Henry and his crew did a good job on the floor and left our condo in the same condition before the work started. I'd definitely recommend them to take care of your floor.
