East Coast Floors

We called East Coast floors and john came right out. He did a beautiful job installing new hardwood floors in our beachfront house looks absolutely stunning!!! We loved it so much we had him do a rental property across the street as well!! completely changed the whole look of the house!! He was clean, efficient, timely, and priced right!

John and the various co workers (almost always different for the 3 days here) never showed up for more than 3 hours a day. Found one of them in our freezer and all of our kids popsicles and other snacks gone. Then the employee denied taking them after literally seeing him in the freezer! There was some drugged out looking lady in the van a couple of times just sitting there while the two guys "worked". Would not recommend this company to anyone. The quality of work was so bad I kicked them off of the job on day 3 but unfortunately all the flooring was laid down already and has since buckled upwards and shifted a ton to the point has to be redone completely. I did all but 1 stair tread myself after kicking them off the job and guess what stair tread squeaks everything we step on it, the only one John installed. No PL (construction adhesive) used, and not even ring shank nails on the stair treads. Company is a joke. l assume any positive Google reviews are fake because from what I saw this company is unable to produce anything close to high quality work. When all these issues were brought up, John the owner said I wasn't the typical homeowner and I was being too picky. I used to have my own home improvement company, was just trying to speed up putting my house back together after a house fire by hiring out local contractors, but the standard for a professional flooring company shouldn't change. Everyone else involved in our project was great, the plasterer, electrician, roofer, but East coast flooring was the absolute worst to work with. Stay far far away!!

John and Nick did an amazing job on our floors! The quote was very reasonable and they did all the moving of our heavy furniture to get the job done. They even worked over the weekend to finish the job on time and help us move our furniture back into place. Our floors look beautiful!

ABOVE AND BEYOND! While prepping my grandmothers home for sale and under an unbelievable amount of stress and in need of flooring to be repaired. While on Google I came across East Coast Floors and not only did they price out my floors at an amazing price, but they were able to complete so many other projects I needed done! Not only in a very timely manner but very professional, easy going, and very knowledgeable! Highly recommend and will be using many more times in the future!

John of East Coast Floors and his Team did an amazing job resurfacing the wood floors in my home. They worked tirelessly in order to ensure the floors were completed on time, working long hours and weekends.
