We have used New England CHR for multiple renovations over the years and they are the best. I have had multiple contractors before finding CHR and I would never use anyone else now. Reasonably priced, never goes over budget, trustworthy and the owner Franklin, and all of his team are kind and very skilled. We only have great things to say and highly recommend Franklin and his team!
Franklin is the best. Hire him! He listens and has a fantastic crew who work meticulously. Everyone always shows up on time. If he needs to reschedule, he will let you know instead of leaving you waiting. Franklin is always available and will keep you posted on the status of the project. For one task we were not sure how things looked, Franklin offered to fix it instead of second guessing for the life of the tile installed. That added at least a day or two to his schedule, but he didn’t charge us. He wants to not just complete the project on time but to be perfect to your expectations. For him, it’s not just another project, he understands it’s important for the client and shows that sense of responsibility with everything his crew does. We couldn’t be happier how our two bathrooms turned out!
We used New England CHR Inc for a recent basement renovation and we could not be happier. Franklin and his team were wonderful. We initially had planned the layout one way but once the demo was completed, Franklin suggested to adjust the layout to provide better space for the living room and playroom spaces and we are so happy he did. He was so responsive, timely and creative. He created beautiful closets and cabinets to hide pipes but also provide more storage solutions. I would highly recommend Franklin and New England CHR Inc.
