We are very happy with the results of the polyaspartic concrete floor refinishing done in our garage. Cracks and pits were ground down and mended and you can't even tell where they were. The crew was on time, worked hard, neat in cleanup and kept us informed of the steps in the process. I only wish I had taken a before picture. The difference is amazing. We would highly recommend Next Level. Our crew was so good.
Contacted to seal our basement floor Pictures measurements were taken and included in the contract. Salesman suggested pricing separately the garage. Told him we didn't want to do that but a price was fine. Separate bids came in. We rejected doing the garage but wanted to do the basement. Next level then offered a contract for both at a small increase on basement contract of $200. Even though we still didn't want the garage we agreed to it at that price. Both were scheduled. Then the basement was delayed. Not happy but OK. Garage completed and awaiting basement. While here the workers reviewed the basement project and confirmed it was doable and they would be the crew to return. No problem with hand sanding. Two days before date to do project we received an email. Good to go. No one arrived at the designated time. Called the office. Was told on the way will confirm arrival. No call. Called again No answer. Called again no idea in office what was up. Finally contacted someone who then reneged on the contract. Said he couldn't get equipment in despite the contract denoting hand sanding required, We requested a refund but they only offered $350 returned. This is a bait and switch contract. Happy to have product removed from space we never cared about treating. CAUTION! They have not responded to any communication since day they didnt show. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!
Most professional crew I've ever met. Very respectful of my property and completed in a timely manner. There products are great . They made an old floor look like new.

Overall, we're happy with how our garage floor turned out, but the process could have been much better. Our salesperson, Ian, was friendly and personable during the sale, but once we signed the contract, communication stopped. We reached out multiple times and never heard back, and there was no follow-up after the job was completed. The installation crew was professional, courteous, and did quality work. The customer service representative was also always friendly and helpful every time we reached out. However, we were told (by Ian) the project would take one day, but it stretched into several days with very little communication. It felt like there was a disconnect between sales, scheduling, and the installation team. We also had several bubbles in the coating and had to submit a service ticket ourselves before they were fixed (even though the job wasn't complete/paid in full).Thankfully, they returned and corrected the issues within a week. The finished floor looks great, and we hope it lasts for years. For the price, though, we expected a smoother process and much better communication.
