A 2025 customer called it Luke Minassian's NextGen Services. The company's website lists land clearing, brush and stump removal, stump grinding, landscaping and grading, parking pads, conduit trenching and loam and mulch deliveries. A recent customer said Luke came out to their property, suggested cost-effective strategies, helped them choose trees for the space and helped them set up for a future fence project. A 2025 customer said Luke cleared a small white pine grove that had grown up to shade their PV panels, and that all work was done as per his proposal. A 2025 customer said Luke cut down three trees, did not charge for one that was rotted, and ground up stumps around the house. A 2025 reviewer said Luke took boulders and dirt that needed to come off a neighbor's property line and made a retaining wall with a raised area they plan to use for a fire pit, repurposing the materials. A 2025 customer said Luke cut several trees, created a shed pad and garden area, created a flagstone walkway and regraded their lawn. A 2025 customer said Luke completed a yard expansion that included clearing, grading, loam and seeding. A 2024 customer said Luke did landscaping after a pool install, moved and replaced a stone wall and used flat rocks from their land as steps in it, and preferred his method of installing French drains to another contractor's. A 2023 customer converting from oil to propane hired NextGen to help dig a trench, and said the project ended up requiring the tank to be buried. A 2025 reviewer said the company came to the house, gave a quote and never came back.
I had a fantastic experience working with Luke from Next Gen Services. He came out to my property and went above and beyond to help me brainstorm and strategize the best approach for my upcoming project. Luke didn't just give a standard quote; he actually took the time to suggest cost-effective strategies and helped me choose the right tree selections for my space. I appreciated his expertise helping me set up for my future fence project. If you want someone knowledgeable, strategic, helpful, and fair priced, I highly recommend asking for Luke at Next Gen Services. Excellent work!
Great experience. Came out on a Sunday and removed the tree overhanging our home. Very professional. Friendly honest guys, thank you ! The Elliott’s
We contracted with Luke Minassian's NextGen Services to clear a small white pine grove that had grown up to shade our PV pannels, and were just a bit close to the house in a dry, fire prone summer. We could not be more pleased with the job he did. He worked quickly, with impressive skill, and great attention to safety of both people and property. The quoted price was quite reasonable and all work was done "as per" his proposal. I hope to hire Luke for a related project this spring and can recommend him with enthusiasm and confidence. Plus he is just a very nice guy!
Don’t trust!! Came to the house, gave a quote and then never came back!
We can’t praise Luke or his work enough. He came to our house, listened to what we wanted done, and gave us a price, which was way less than we expected. We wound up adding some tasks. Luke worked harder than I have ever seen anyone work with no breaks. When he was done I asked if we could give him a check, and he said only if we were absolutely satisfied with his work. We were more than satisfied. The result exceeded our expectations. What a fine gentleman. We are thinking up new projects for him to do.
