Northern Lakes Contracting Services lists excavation, septic systems, general contracting, garages and modular, manufactured and site-built houses among its services on its own website, and says it has been in business 41 years. Its Angi profile describes it as a septic system install and repair company. A recent Google customer hired it for site work for a new 30x40 garage, a job that ran from tree and rock clearing and removal to the concrete slab pour. That customer said Pat created a plan of action from the initial planning stages through to the project's completion and made sure everything was clean. A 2025 Google customer wrote that Chris and Patrick Runnals did all the work on their new home in Tuftonboro, NH. A 2025 reviewer said Pat and his team had handled site work and utility installation and called it reasonably priced. A 2025 customer wrote that the company got their lot cleared and house set within an efficient time frame. A 2025 business customer said the Runnals responded promptly, the timeline was as expected, and they had hired them for another project at their home.
We hired Northern Lakes Contracting to do site work for a new 30x40 garage. Not really knowing what needed to be done, Pat was exceptional. He created a plan of action with suggestions and guidance from the initial planning stages through to the project's completion. Tree and rock clearing and removal to concrete slab pour. He and the NLC crew were professional, attentive, and courteous, and Pat was highly responsive. He made sure everything was clean and provided great customer service. I highly recommend them. We'll definitely be using them again.
Great and honest company to work with. I will hire them again for any contracting needs. And Patrick is awesome!
We used Pat and his team in the past with a few things, such as site work and utility installation. Reasonably priced and high quality work!
Great people to work with, very professional and got our lot cleared and house set within a very efficient time frame. Will always be the first call for any work in this industry
