Nick Tracey Roofing & Exteriors

Doing business with Nick Tracey was a good experience. As a large company it is what you would expect, good sales pitch, had to deal with multiple people at different levels within the company and some confusion. With our job I had to deal with the solar company but kept getting phone calls from an unknown number to find out it was the dumpster company calling to coordinate dumpster delivery. Then got deliveries for a porta potty and materials with no phone calls, just delivered on the same day, which all of this is fine, just would have like a heads up that this was going to happen. All that being said, the crew doing the work, TOP NOTCH. They showed up at 7 AM, started working and didn’t stop till they were done at 6:30 PM. We ended up needing all our sheathing replaced, 41 sheets. The crew was only 3 workers. We have a small cape and the crew size was sufficient for the job without the sheathing replacement. Around 3 PM 5 others showed up and at 3:30 the first shingle was laid, by 6:30 they were done and pulling out. The install was professional, the clean up was detailed and the crew was some of the hardest workers I ever watched. With the crews hard work and the backing of Nick Tracey’s company I would highly recommend them.

Great staff. Very polite. My new roof was finished in less than 8 hours. I would hire Nick Tracey Roofing again. Thank you!

Brian, Ricky, and the team were excellent! Brian took the time to walk the job to provide a detailed quote. Ricky made sure the job was done to my satisfaction. The team did a great job, roof looks excellent. Team finished the job in 2 days. They accommodated all of my requests. Would use again, 10/10 recommend.

Best contractor experience ever throughout the whole process. Professional, courteous and timely in responding to my questions. Not the lowest priced but they also didn’t expect all my money up front like some others. Did not “find” additional issues to jack up the price. Noah my estimator was knowledgeable and explained everything in language I could understand and addressed any concerns I had. He responded to my questions in a timely manner as I made my decision on a contractor. Operations manager kept me informed on the scheduled date and when to expect material deliveries. Rick my project manager and his amazing crew kept me apprised all day long with photos and updates. His crew arrived early and got right to work prepping for teardown. Completed the job in one day and cleaned the yard up completely. Dumpster was removed in a timely fashion. My neighbor was so impressed that he is also getting an estimate right now. I highly recommend Nick Tracey Roofing and Exteriors.

The whole crew did a fantastic job! I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to others. They were here before 7:30 AM, asked if it was OK to start, and we're gone by 1:30 or so with everything cleaned up.
